Does my artwork include a certificate of authenticity?

To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints will not come with a certificate of authenticity.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is the return policy?

Due to the highly unique nature of the work, all artworks are final sale. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing. I am happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently offer shipping in the United States. I plan to offer worldwide shipping in the future. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will it take for my piece to arrive?

Original works usually ship within 1-3 business days. If you are local to Asheville or planning to be in the area, select Local Pickup under delivery method at checkout. Keri Renee will reach out to coordinate pickup from her studio. You may inquire directly at studio@kerirenee.com or through the contact form to request a more accurate estimate.
